In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bd890 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify bd890 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received, bd890 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where the breach occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Do not share your Account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to use your Account to place wagers or access the Platform.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if the option is available — bd890 strongly recommends this for all Accounts.
• Immediately update your contact information if your registered email address or phone number changes.

bd890 reserves the right to suspend any Account that it reasonably suspects has been accessed by a party other than the registered Account holder, pending satisfactory verification of identity.

All financial transactions on the bd890 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd890 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bd890 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

All content on the bd890 Platform — including but not limited to the bd890 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software architecture, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd890 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability from time to time. bd890 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

• bd890 is not responsible for any third-party content, including game content provided by Game Providers, and any disputes regarding game outcomes must be addressed directly with the relevant Game Provider.
• bd890 is not liable for any financial losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account closure due to breach of Terms.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account and the associated agreement at any time.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings where the applicable wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited upon closure.

bd890-Initiated Termination: bd890 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate any associated balance, in the following circumstances:

In cases where an Account is closed by bd890 due to Player breach, bd890 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances determined to have been accumulated through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.

bd890 reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where the amendment is material, via a notification to the registered email address associated with each affected Account.

An amended version of the Terms will take effect upon publication at bd890.io/terms-conditions, unless a specific future effective date is stated in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request Account closure. bd890 will process your closure request and return your eligible Real Money balance in accordance with Section 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bd890 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these Terms are written in the English language, which shall be the controlling language in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

This decision represents bd890's final position on the matter.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the provision.
